I grew up as a multi-sport athlete which fueled my passion for working in athletics.

I began my studies at West Chester University in Exercise Science and loved it so much I stayed a pursued a a Master’s in Exercise Physiology. My career began as a strength and conditioning coach where I worked at both Haverford College and Villanova University.

My interest in sports nutrition grew as I saw first hand how inadequate fueling impacted sports performance. This lead to my going back to school to earn a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from King’s College.

Once I became a Registered Dietitian, I worked for Drexel University Athletics serving their varsity athletics programs. I gained experience treating eating disorders at both the inpatient and outpatient level of care while working for The Renfrew Center. I also worked at Philadelphia Area Sports Training where I served middle school to college aged athletes through one-on-one sessions, team talks, and educational fueling tables.

I am passionate about helping athletes reach their fullest potential through an individualized nutrition approach. I recognize that my athletes have demands outside their sport and it is my goal to help you navigate your busy life and make your nutrition program work for you.
