Sports Nutrition

I provide individualized sports nutrition support for middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes to help them fuel properly, improve performance, and stay healthy throughout the season.

I work closely with athletes and their families to simplify nutrition and create realistic strategies that fit into busy school, practice, and competition schedules. This includes guidance on fueling for energy, recovery, strength, hydration, and body composition.

My goal is to take the guesswork out of what your athlete should be eating so they can feel more energized, recover better, and perform with confidence.

Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating

I provide nutrition support for individuals and athletes experiencing disordered eating or diagnosed eating disorders. This includes concerns around restrictive eating, under-fueling, body image, and inconsistent fueling patterns.

As a registered dietitian, my approach focuses on restoring a healthy relationship with food, improving energy availability, and supporting both physical and mental well-being. For athletes, this may include navigating a safe return to performance while prioritizing recovery.

I collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other providers when appropriate to ensure a comprehensive, team-based approach to care.

I provide sports nutrition presentations for middle school, high school, and collegiate teams looking to improve energy, recovery, and performance.

Each session is tailored to your team’s schedule, sport, and specific needs, with a focus on simple, actionable strategies athletes can implement immediately. Common topics include game day fueling, hydration, recovery nutrition, travel strategies, and building performance-focused meals and snacks.
